Roof cleaning & biocide softwash treatments

We offer both roof pressure washing ( low pressure ) and roof scraping as a way to remove moss / lichens etc from your roof.

Our roof washing is done from a portable 1 man scaffold tower using a telescopic pole system .

100% of all moss , organic matter and even  carbon staining is removed on the day of the clean. A HSE approved professional biocide treatmentis then brushed over the whole roof area which will continue to clean and protect against regrowth for upto 2 years.

We understand that it can be an aggressive form of cleaning a roof and its not suited to every tile type or property owner. This is where roof scraping comes in. 

90% of all moss / organic matter is removed on the day of the clean using a telescopic pole system again from the portable scaffold tower and as with roof washing , a biocide treatment is then applied.

But unlike roof washing , the final results will take around 2 months to fully appear as the biocide will clean the remaining moss , algae and other organic matternon organic matter left over after the scraping.

Gutters are disconnected at the start of any roof clean , so these are always cleared of debit and rinsed through before being reattached with photos provided on your invoice / receipt
